wheels up and locked

Since the introduction of electric retracts, my life has become much easier. With over 25 aircraft with retracts in my hanger ,the simplicity and foolproof functioning is a must . Just make sure to file-grind flat on struts and use locktite.. 12 are equipped with E-Fltie retracts, thank you hanger 9.

Great Product

I bought these to replace some mechanical gear for a 40. size corsair from World Models, and they were easy to install, but I did have to use a little imagination with getting them to fit into the slot for the retract due to the last gear being mechanical and extremely cheap. To this day I have not been able to land the aircraft with success, but the gear do hold up really well and I would recommend the retracts to anyone looking for top quality.

E-flite Retracts

These work great! I wish FMS would have used this quality retract for it's F6F Hellcat 1400mm. This plane will collapse it's original gear within 10 landings if you are on grass...I guarantee it! Of course it is now discontinued, however, for the future planes I would certainly be willing to pay for this quality retract. It allows grass landings with no worries at all. My Hellcat is now a great plane! These are expensive at $164 but worth every penny! Nice job on these E-flite!
