What makes these pancake sandwiches what makes them even better is two slices of white cheddar cheese and a bit more flavor of maple. I put a drop of maple flavoring on each pancake and 2 slices of white cheddar cheese on each pancake. My husband's favorites when he was alive.

I suffer from malnutrition issues due to missing sections of my small intestine, but I absolutely must keep these sandwiches around because they are so easy on the stomach, less greasy than you would think, and are readily digestible. Great for if you're weak or in a hurry. I definitely would recommend them for the aging too.
