These are SO good! They taste wonderful and they are so low-cal that you can just eat the whole bag if you want. I like the combination of the veggies. The carrots are a little crisper than I like - but overall a great choice for a snack or to accompany a meal.

Quantity problem..no matter the brand

the same problem exits with the nicer brands all the way down to the Walmart great value brand...by the time you cook it and the cooked volumn shrinks , if that pkg said 4 servings; those servings will be about 1 %26 1/2 Tbs. Not acceptable . whatever happened to truth in labeling? Guess that went the way of the leisure suit and mini skirts . So be aware how little cook product youll be left with, whether green giant, birdseye or great value.

Unfortunately, I struggle getting enough vegetables in my diet, but I know I need them. These have changed the game for me! The seasoning is so good and I love how they use a decent amount of potatoes, because that helps to ensure that I feel more full.
