Sooo disappointed!!!

I disliked everything. First of all, I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. Couldn't even get an arm in the sleeve. Mysteriously, there was NO ticket inside jacket stating what size it even was but clearly not what I asked for. I need a refund but not sure how to do it when a 3rd party seems to be the one that shipped it out and they send NO paperwork along with the jacket. Will be going to Walmart store in town to inquire. So very unhappy. Normally, I love everything I get from ordering online with Walmart but NOT this time.
