Wrong product set by mistake twice

I recommended this product last year to my 85 yr old Aunt. But recently, I made three separate orders and the first one was wrong. A red wagon and the material was totally different. I sent it back and ordered two more, hoping that at least one order would be correct. However, although I order the grey/black/turquoise wagon from the online picture, you sent me two red wagons. Both boxs showed the red wagons so I don't understand why you keep sending me the wrong boxes it's red wagons.. I have sent another notice requesting the grey/black/turquoise wagon. Please send me this one. I hope that you can make sure when you ship it that it is the right wagon. I am 77 yrs old and returns are very inconvenient. I've never received the wrong products from Amazon. Please expedite the shipment if you can. I need it for a project. Thank you so much.
