this is the second floor mate i have bought the first one was at least 10 years old and wasnt sucking the water up like it should. i really loved it. so far the new one is working very well . it does leak a tiny little bit after you turn it off but not enough to give it a lower rating. this machine is awesome. i don't mind mopping the house now. and the floors fell clean when you walk on it

I love this floor cleaner. I had the same one for 4 years. unfortunetelly I filled the tank above the limit line, causing the water and solution to overflow inside the motor. It was my fault that it broke. This is my second one. Do NOT fill the tank above the capacity line.

Cleaner ok

My floors look very clean after I use it. It leaves a little water on my floor even though I turn the knob on dry. Not sure why there is a button for dry when the wash button is supposed to suck up the water when you pull the unit back. A little confusing.
