Utilizing pure ceramic as a coating, the Green Ceramic Pan by Ozeri is one of the world's first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of and GenX chemicals (APEO, PFBS, PFOS, ). Conventional pans sometimes achieve their non-stick performance through a waxy synthetic coating of (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene), which under extreme temperatures begins to decompose and release fumes that can be harmful to humans and pets.
