I ordered 2 of these shoe racks---both arrived together but one package was partially open at one end and missing the hardware to assemble it--per Walmart, with parts missing, instructions noted no need to return that one item---refund was promptly applied and this was great PR and appreciated---I still wanted a 2nd shoe rack of the same brand so ordered another---when delivered, all parts with hardware included----but, this one had a bent inner rod---plus a couple slightly bent----there are 2 kinds of rods--the inner ones without screw/bolts to attach as they slip into pre drilled holes and the 2 outer rods on each level have 'screw' ends-------so, I had not thrown out the shoe rack that arrived without the hardware and used the few needed rods to assemble the '3rd' shoe rack---both racks are now set up---very light weight but seem pretty sturdy--just an FYI---there are 4 rods to each level. But beware----other reviews have noted bent rods----but I am happy in the end.
