Make it fun! Don't stress

We love our painted mugs! Getting there was not so easy. My kids all felt stressed at first because it was not looking like how they wanted it. But I kept encouraging them to just have fun and in the end I think we did. They love having their own “coffee” mugs. Did with a 8yr old, 6yr old, and 5yr old.

Fun craft!

We used these mugs as a youth group activity for our teen girls. They all really enjoyed making their mug. The paint provided is a good variety of colors. The brushes aren't great but they work fine if that's all you have available. So nice everything was provided! We baked all the mugs so the girls should be able to use their mugs. I don't know if the color will fade with time, but they look great right now!
