Terrible experience! Stay away!

I would not purchase this from Walmart. The item arrived broken, and when I contacted the manufacturer, they would not honour the warranty because the seller was not an authorised reseller. When I tried to return it to Walmart for a replacement, they refused to exchange it and only offered a refund. The price increased by $350.00 in seven days, so I could not get it back at the same price I had originally paid. I ended up purchasing a part to fix a brand-new hot water heater, which cost another $170.00. Absolutely a terrible experience. I will not use Walmart online again.
