Great Battery

This battery came stock with my Apprentice. When I first started flying using very little throttle my flights were a full 20 minutes. One year later, flying much more aggressively and still using this battery (as well as another I purchased) I time my flights for 16 minutes which leaves the batteries with approximately 31% charge, the perfect recommended discharge for a LiPo. Both batteries still balance charge and work like new.

Seems good so far

The battery seems good so far. I have had several flights and there is plenty of power left when I land. I am learning to fly so after 8 minutes or so, I am frazzled and get on the ground. The battery seems quite a bit more expensive than other brands. Being new to the sport, I wanted to get a spare that matched my original battery. I would be willing to try other brands in the future to compare. Having said that, no issues with the battery.

20 minutes of relaxed Apprentice 15e flying

I thought we'd need more capacity and i was wrong, throttled to a moderate cruise speed, we're getting close to 20 minutes flying, no where near low voltage cutoff and the packs come down cool. Now, the factory makes more batteries than we could count, We did have one bad cell in one pack, which is unusual, and Horizon Hobby replaced the pack very quickly.
