Loved it

This item is fit perfect, and was made very well. Not like all the other costumes that fall apart. I didn't realize that it didn't come with the tutu! I was lucky I had a black mini skirt that looked great with it! All in all, it was a great top and worth the money for how it's made. Ps. It does not come with anything that is in the picture. Just the top.
