Under Armour Mens Speedform Slingride Glacier Gray/Stealth Gray/Stealth Gray Running Shoe - 8.5

Just ordered these to replace my old Speed Form Apollo's. Dealing with sneaker stores at my local mall was a nightmare. The sneaker was never in stock at the store and back ordered online. I am a US Army veteran and very appreciative of the support Under Armour as a company provides our military. Due to a strict criteria for military discounts with these stores I was ineligible only to find that Under Armour offers the same discount themselves to all Veterans with a faster verification process. Can't wait to get these shoes! Thanks again, Under Armour you rock!

I want to echo the review already here by "htwng". These shoes are excellent for everyday use.... very comfortable, light and sock-like. If you're looking to put in miles, however, you might want to go with a Gemini, Bandit or Fortis. These models have more cushion and support than the Slingride. Also, the heel lock on the Slingride is much looser due to the material used creating a weaker heel cup and the fact that the lace setting does not come back quite far enough to lock over the ankle. Great for daily activity, less great for running, and fits true to my typical UA size.
