This is a good low calorie stack. I like to eat it as a snack and/or a meal replacement. I had gastric sleeve surgery it makes a good meal replacement and helps fill my protein needs. I also like to cut it up into small bites to use as dog treats. I know my dogs are a bit spoiled getting this jerky for there treats but most dog treats are full of crap that not healthy. Also alot of dog treats give my dogs the poops or they puke Because of them. At least i know what is in these meat treats. My dogs love them for there treats. And they dont mess with my dogs.
