not good customer service

I have bee trying to get a replacedment. this does not work. Terrible communication. I have emailed and called several times. I went into walmart and they said they could not do it. I had to handle with the vendor. The reason I bought thru walmart is because I have a long relationship with them and thought I would be better protected. I just want my money back at this point. Vendor will not reply. Thanks
