Vaseline Lip Therapy, Rosy Lips 1 ea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and Vaseline for the sample of Rosy Lips I received in the mail to try and review. The product came in a round tin about the size in diameter of a fifty cent piece. It's small enough to toss in a purse, backpack, or pocket; yet holds quite a bit of lip balm, as a little goes a long way. As OTR truck drivers we have been in and out of all sorts of weather and my lips have really suffered. Rosy Lips came just in time! Within a few days my chapped and burning lips were all cleared up. The light tint gives a natural hue that I love. I'm not a lipstick wearer, the colors never seem natural enough. Rosy Lips gives the lips a nice soft natural glow. It doesn't go on too greasy, and a tiny bit really does go a long way. The scent and taste are almost non existent. These are all big plus points because unlike lipstick and other medicated lip balms, my fiance doesn't complain when I kiss him with Rosy Lips.

I was pretty excited to try it because I've used several other Vaseline lip products over the years, but the Vaseline Lip Therapy mini tubs were my favorite in terms of quality. I didn't like the packaging on the mini tubs though. The new tins are a huge step in the right direction. I liked the size and sturdiness of the product, as well as the overall feel of my lips after use. They felt smooth without being greasy, and the silkiness lasted for several hours whereas many chap sticks/lip products wear off after 30 minutes to an hour. The tins come in Original, Aloe, Rosy Lips, and Cocoa Butter. I like the variety and the easy availability of the product.
