Worth your time and money

I took the time to work with a few HVAC techs to find out this one is the best one in the business at this time. It works like it should, just like all the others. The difference with this one is that you don't have to uninstall it to do repairs or maintenance. It works flawlessly and we never have any issues with Hot water in a 3600 sqft house now. Its quiet and very efficient vs our old standard tank hot water.

We have have hot water again!

We were having trouble getting hot water to our master bath on the second floor of our house. We had to run the water at least 10 minutes or so to even get warm water. We also were having difficulty keeping hot water at the kitchen sink on the main floor, which was directly above where the tankless water heaters were located in the basement. If I had hot water running while doing the dishes and turned it off to wipe the counters, I would no longer have hot water when I turned it back on. We were given advice from a plumbing expert to replace our two Navien Tankless Water Heaters (approximately 10 years old) with two Noritz Tankless Water Heaters as well as add a hot-water recirculation pump which was added to support the master bath hot water situation. After the installation of the new tankless water heaters and the pump, when the hot water is turned on either upstairs or at the kitchen sink, it only takes a few seconds to start getting warm water, and hot water in maybe 30 seconds. We are thrilled. We are also happy that we're no longer wasting so much water waiting for the hot water to come!
