Research shows that a student achievement gap still exists. With proper support and resources for all teachers, especially the new ones, these rates will be improved. This book is compiling and offering model effective teaching strategies and techniques that might raise the teacher retention rate, reduce the teacher attrition rate, and ultimately narrow the student achievement gap.
