Missing parts

This is a nice dispenser, however the paper towel handles did not come in the box. I’ve been trying to contact walmart for a week now and haven’t had any luck.

Really Bad Design

Great idea, but very poor design. The way it's made you can't tighten the screws after hanging the holder to the wall. The included screws are so small that you pull them out of the wall while trying to remove / attach the end caps which hold the rolls in place. I mounted it directly to studs and used longer screws. When you tear the roll off from the foil or plastic wrap, the end disappears and you have to work to get to it and pull it out for the next use. I ended up taking it down and patched the holes. I threw the thing away.
