The Minimus is Back!!

The last New Balance Minimus shoes I owned were from 2012. They were absolutely great and I owned 2 pair and made them last for 4 years. The next few years I didn't find the newer versions to be what I had before which was light weight and unquestionably stylish in color and fit and trust me, I tried every pair that came out. This new version check all those boxes. Not only is the shoe comfortable but the look is so unique I constantly get compliments. I can run in them, do olympic lift with them, or just wear them out to work. As a flat footed person with a wide foot there was no break in period and I really feel like I'm walking around barefooted. If there still in stock after a few weeks I might just buy a few more pair which should get me through 2030.

These shoes are great! Perfect fit to match my jeans, high and tight. All the queens above 18 compliment them all the time and I love to wear them when I walk to falcon car wash for a haircut. If you're on the fence about barefoot shoes or minimal shoes, try it out! All the boys in the 4 stroke gang and I will be stomping around in these when we come up in May!

A little tight but worth the trouble

After using this shoe almost everyday for over a week, I'm definitely not disappointed. I have a wide foot, so I always buy the 2E and when I first got this shoe it felt tight to squeeze my foot in there. It felt as if I was going to tear the shoe tongue, but once I got my foot in there, it actually didn't feel bad at all. About the third day I felt like it was easier to put on, and it was just the right amount of snug so that your shoe won't fall off. For me, I'm a 9.5 Mens 2E and the size was right on the money. I almost gave it 3 stars but as I kept wearing them more, I realized that they did feel good whenever I do any type of activity. I don't know if I would buy them again, but for what I have right now, they're good and I approve of the 5 stars for a minimal shoe.
