Nerf Rebelle Rapid Red Blaster

I had a hard time convincing my wife to get this blaster for myself. The excuse that worked was that it was a very good deal at $12.98 vs $19.99 typical price (now even $7.98) for me to use as a testbed for modded high-voltage batteries. When I got this blaster in reality, I immediately noticed its nice design and good tacticality. The small shape and nice handling makes it a best nerf SMG for combat (even with stryfe-retaliator in mind) . I was always thinking that there is something missing in the design, until I realized that what I was trying to find was the folded stock which should have been able to unfold from the top of the upper receiver. Then I also realized that this toy blaster was designed after the famous (infamous) German WWII MP40. The curve of the butt and the grip can't be anything else. Just missing a longer barrel (which doesn't have any purpose given a flywheel blaster) and a folded stock. OTHER THOUGHTS: The clip is interchangeable with CS system (CS-6, 12, 18 tested and perhaps CS-10 banana), though breaking the color theme, a workable hack on the nerf battlefield. The flywheel is also noticeably, slightly underpowered compared to the XD elite rapidstrike. BOTTOMLINE: After all, I like this blaster. I don't mind it being in the "girly" rebelle line, just by thinking it is an MP40 imitate. I don't mind either to take this as my primary when I fight my neighbors or their children in nerf wars.
