horrible screen protector

i ordered 2 screen protectors one came broke in the box. i put one on my phone it left a circle ring and was very hard to operate my phone i would literally have to tap the phone extremely hard just to get it to respond. so i was forced to remove it from my device. after i removed the screen protector the circle ring is still on my screen and i cant get it to come off. i contracted the seller for a refund and they said it would take 3 weeks to get a refund. horrible customer service.
