Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 105 g of Pro Plan.We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily.MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLANAlthough you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. I can see a difference!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Super impressed with this food so far. I have a dog who can be very sensitive to certain stimuli (loud vehicles, unfamiliar environments etc). I have started her on both this food and the calming care supplement. At first I really wasn't sure if I noticed much of a difference after the minimum of 3 months. Now it's been about 4 months and I have noticed huge differences in her confidence in situations she would be very nervous and shut down in before. I am so happy with these changes! Hope it stays consistent.

Works great!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Our dog was very wild and crazy and quite nervous. We started her on this food about two months ago and you can already see the changes! She is so much calmer, more trainable, stopped digging holes and stopped jumping on people when she gets excited! Will continue to use and hopefully see more benefits

Purina pro plan calm & balanced
We have a very active & nervous border collie mix. Marly came to us almost 1 yr ago. She has several separation. Anxiety. The vet recommended meds but I opted out of it. I did some research & found this food from purina pro plan called calm & balanced. I tried it & within 1 month Marly was a different dog. Has changed her dramatically. Thank you purina pro plan for making this food. It has made a huge difference in our pup ❤️
