Disappointed in Bernat

I bought 6 different colors of the Heads Up yarn. The colors are much brighter than they appear online. I've only used the blue yarn so far, and I ran into 2 places where the yarn had been broken and tied back together. I expect better from Bernat products. The yarn itself is very soft and easy to work with.
