Nightmare to return/refund during warranty period

Ordered quantity 2 of Zeetek's HP 1000 P245/35Z R20 . One of the tires blew out precisely on the 90-day return/refund date. It must be manufacturer defect because the wires were visible. Now I'm having difficulty getting the distributor to honor the manufacturer's warranty. It specifies that that the tires can be returned no matter what during 2 / 32 period. Tire is manufactured in Indonesia!
