Very good ... but.
Very nice, well-made unit which SHOULD be easy to install (instructions are included). However, the guides mount to the tops of the drawer sides, so you will need about half an inch clearance between the drawer sides and the cabinet facing. I didn't have that and had to mount the guides inside the drawer (do-able, but messy). I cut the sliding top to size using a jigsaw and fine-tooth blade, which worked well.
