We at FINEROCK provide lifetime warranty to our products, which covers any problem due to manufacturing defects including loose diamond. Hence you can send the product to our New York Office by following our 30 day return policy. Once we receive your return we will repair it and sent it back to you. Please follow our below given 30-day return policy link. Please note that any damage due to mishandling of the product will not be covered under this warranty.
