THICK ORANGE RUINED MY PUMP

if there was a O star I would give it. We buy this product every year but usually from our local store directly. This year we decided to buy on line through this company . every year this exact brand is clear and watery but thus one we bought from you is THICK and ORANGE! after appling it our pump / filter stopped working and was at extremely low speed getting barley any suction causing our vacuum not to work !!! how OLD IS THIS BOTTLE??
