When I first put it together on my daughter's birthday it didn't work. It would power on and play music and beep the horn but when you presses the gas it would shut down. So I initiated a return and it had me contact the seller, they replied quickly asking for a video of what it was doing, I sent it and they verified my address to send new toggle switches, I was skeptical the switches were the issue, but I received toggle switches and a new motor, I installed the new motor and now it's working good. I love that it looks like a banshee and overall was fairly easy to assemble, my daughter is really happy with it, so at first my review wouldn't have been good but since they made it right, we're happy.
