I have tiny ear holes. And these fit great. Follow the instructions, and roll them out into a cylinder shape before putting them in your ears. They work much better than all of the expensive ones. I have tried.

It does really help to sleep 😴 specially if your partner snores 😆

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They actually work, unbelievably noise blocking thing. The only thing I didn't like so much is the fact that material is wide wide too soft, that I kind of feel it deformes a little bit, so I say it a single use item, I last this one.

Minimizes sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these ear plugs. They are thick enough to block out a lot of noise. A lot better then other brands. Also these are very comfortable and you don't notice you are wearing them. You can squish them and put them in your ear so when the open back up they are fit perfectly to your ear. Oh and these ones are pink which I love!
