Correct tires Not received, No followup Walmart
I disliked the fact that I got the wrong tires QTY 4 tires. I ordered Eldorado Trail Guide AT All Terrain LT 245/75R17 121/118 S E light truck tire and received Trail Guide HLT in the correct size. Not Once but twice. Walmart was supposed to look into the confusion on the tire situation and get back to me via email of which has not yet Happened!!!! they have offered to refund my money for the two separate orders of 4 tires each of which looks like they did not take the issue of wrong tires being shipped seriously and/or did not contact me within 24-48 hours to explain the issue as to why I did not get the tires I originally ordered and follow thru with contacting me about the tires I should have received. The correct tires were for a plow truck for snowstorms and what they sent are highway tires they may work but I really want what I ordered!!!!!!
