Go-to knife
This has become my favorite knife. The blade is very, very sharp, and slices veggies wonderfully. The tapered point is ideal for several functions, including removing the fat and silver skin from a skirt steak. I am exceptionally pleased.

Great size!
I love this knife. It's the perfect size for my rather small hands and it's so sharp. I'm still getting used to the cutting action of this but expect that this will be my go-to knife for almost everything in my kitchen.
