The pendant features the Lutheran Rose on the front, which depicts a heart with a cross in its center surrounded by a rose flower. On the back of the pendant are the words, "I Am A Lutheran". Includes a jewel case box with medal packaged.he Lutheran Rose seal was designed by Dr. Martin Luther while teaching at Wittenberg, and it has become the primary emblem of the Lutheran Church.
