Press and hold for 30 seconds. **Edges of spring will lift from skin when operating properly. These nasal strips do take a little firm pressing to get them on securely, but that's expected and totally worth it. After just two nights of my wife using them, I haven't heard a single peep of snoring. They stick well and are comfortable for sensitive skin. So grateful for these as they really work. I've tried other sinus strips. This one works the best, is comfortable on my skin and the technology is amazing. Great for every night use. Especially if you're needing to use a C-pap or Bi-pap machine. The moisture setting on my machine doesn't affect the adhesive of the strips. Will definitely buy on a regular basis.

Try these nose strips.
These strips arstraps. because they are shaped more appropriately for a woman's nose, also they stick enough to work without taking half your skin with it. I do cover the center of the strip because sometimes they take the skin off the bridge of your nose. I cannot breath through my nose without one. These make sleeping so much better, no snoring, and they are so much more economical than the other brand.
