Beautiful and good quality fan!

Love this fan! It is a good quality fan and runs smooth. It looks lovely with the coastal decor in my study. Note...it is a matte finish and not bright white...more off white.

Hard to install, did not work, and blades don't match body

This is a pretty fan BUT it was difficult to install and my handyman read every instruction, plus it did not work with the remote unit. I am not sure if it was the remote or the fan. Plus the fan blades are not the same color as the fan itself - they look gray when attached to the fan. Seems like bad quality control to me. I'm giving it a 3 because it is pretty.

This is a really loud fan.

Something has happened to the quality of this fan over the years. I've had these in two different homes, with five in my current home. Three out of the five I have now have a hum when you turn them on, sounding like a fluorescent light. In addition, with each rotation there is a droning noise. I had my electrician check my installation and inserted rubber spacers in the ball mount but nothing improved. Even after sending me new wiring harnesses to install, the noise did not improve. This is definitely not a fan for a bedroom or anywhere you want peace and quiet.
