These ULTRA vitamins are amazing. I started them about 10 days ago. I have noticed that I feel better, I feel energized. My neighbor works outside in this terrible heat. He mentioned that he should be taking some vitamins due to the loss of fluids by way of perspiration. I gave him about 10 of these ultra vitamins. About a week later he came over and said the vitamins have really helped him. No more leg cramps at night and stated he felt great. That just cannot be a coincidence, we both feel terrific!! These vitamins are really a game changer, try them, you will see too.

loved this ultra women's multivitamin, will buy again. I felt that my immune system was stronger, good to know I get additional probiotics (the smell go the bottom is indeed yogurt like). Packaging is good and has cotton inside the bottom to anti moist. This brand cost more but included a large variety of essential and good to have vitamins comparing to other multivitamins for women.
