I wanted something that would give me plenty of extra storage room in my kitchen with a nice high work surface. This did both! I liked the big solid wheels and the wide utensil drawer. Also the storage below has an adjustable shelf and can accommodate tall items. It took us 2 and half hours to build. We tried using a cordless drill to save time but we were not familiar with using one and so we mostly used a screwdriver. The unit did come with assembly instructions, but there were no care instructions, weight limits, warranty, etc. It would have been nice if they included that also. Perhaps my box was missing it? I gave the wood top a coating of mineral oil, to protect it and give it a shine. I also photographed the back of it which is just pressed board. But it looks sturdy enough. It would have been nice if it had doors on both sides. It would make it more functional. I also lined the drawer and shelf, with shelf paper to protect the surfaces. I also photographed the box it came in. It was torn up in one corner and I feared it would be damaged? But it was packed so carefully that there was no damage to anything. All parts were in perfect condition. And it came with some extra screws! All in all I am definitely pleased with this and would recommend it.
