Titanium CP Grade 1 is a commercially pure titanium alloy that contains a minimum of 99.5% titanium. It is the softest and most ductile grade of titanium and is commonly used in applications where formability, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility are critical. This grade of titanium has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments and is highly resistant to corrosion in sea water, chloride solutions, and other highly corrosive environments. It also has good weldability and can be easily formed and fabricated into different shapes and sizes.
