JLLOM Solar Ultrasonic Waterproof Animal Repellent, 4 Piece, Green

I was skeptical about these but we've had several stray cats and a skunk strolling through the yard at night setting off the camera alarm. So I figured that these are harmless to animals and I would see if they worked. My son put the Stakes around the house in the front flower beds on each side of porch, by the back door and on the other end. Of course, we didn't know what to expect they did because they had not been in the sunlight to charge. Nevertheless, I walked out on my Porch to Go to my car (next day) and I heard this buzzing noise like electricity and I'm looking at my phone and at everything nearby me. I got to the Car and my daughter said those things scared me. I asked what things and she said those stakes. That's what I was hearing! I was amazed at the Quality of sound that is emitted from them. It definitely kept the cats away and I did not see the skunk again on camera either. So I guess that I can say they work. They do emit a scary sound. I'm not sure if they do this when they sense movement or just every so many minutes but it's very noticeable. I was truly surprised. The price of these are good for 4 Stakes. And for something that doesn't cause any harm to the animals - it's a good solution. But just beware of the sound until you get used to it. I'm not sure that I will for a while but nonetheless, they have worked.
