I really like the way the coils literally support your whole body. I am actually still getting use to it. I had one of those foam mattresses in a box but it started to sag in certain places. I am a side sleeper which the coils really help keep my body fully supported so I'm not waking up with back aches. Like I said I am still getting use to it.
