Unfortunately I only received the left shoe. I was really looking forward to receiving them for a trip- also to add to the disappointment, there is 0 customer service. I immediately called the company directly, with no options to navigate to a real person, and no other satisfactory options either. I also emailed the company directly, twice, and was told to expect a reply within 48 hours. Nothing. A week later, I emailed again. Still nothing. I also initially emailed them through the Walmart app, and again, nothing. The shoe is very comfortable- but because I only received the left one with no customer service available, I only give one star.
