Homemade Applesauce

I am a type 2 diabetic and normally don't use sugar substitutes or sugar. I wanted to make my homemade applesauce. I prepared the apples placed them in my crock pot and I began pouring the packets of sweetener with water in the crock pot. That is all I used it for. I have to say the applesauce came out better than the store bought applesauces.

I really like these sugar packets and I have been using them for many years. Walmart is the only supermarket that has the sugar packets at a great price and a marvelous taste.
