This 500 gallon per hour pump gives you the ability to water your garden, rinse your car, or fill a kiddie pool for the kids without relying on the force of gravity. After you've placed the submersible pump inside your water barrel, you won't have to lift or tilt your rain barrel to use the last dregs of water. The pump comes with clamps and hose connection fittings so you can connect your garden hose. It also includes a fitting that allows you to link 2 Algreen rain drums together from the top over flow port or from the bottom port. Designed to give you the classic look of ceramic with the ease and durability of plastic, the included Athena 80 gallon Rain Barrel is made of rotomolded plastic which is able to withstand harsh temperature changes and won’t chip, fade or crack. Included is a high quality brass spigot that adds to the elegance of this rain barrel as well as a shut-off nozzle and corrosion-proof screen guard. All Algreen rain barrels are equipped with two overflows to allow for linking multiple barrels or installing with an Algreen Deluxe Diverter Kit. The Athena 80 is compatible with the Algreen Rain Barrel pump kit for pressurized watering. Note: The pump will fit through the flexible opening of the rain barrel where the screen is typically placed.
