Instructions
1. Pour ökocat® paper litter into a clean litter box to the depth of 2-3". 2. Liquid waste is absorbed from the bottom of the pan. Wait a few minutes for all the liquid to be absorbed by the paper pellets. 3. Remove the soiled paper pellets when they have absorbed the liquid and have fully expanded in size. 4. Scoop solid waste daily from the top and refill as needed to maintain the desired depth. Replace the litter weekly. 5. Dispose of waste in an environmentally-friendly waste bag or compost. Do NOT flush.

My cat developed asthma and I had to switch from clay litter. It's nearly as easy to scoop as the clumping type litter and my cats had no problem at all switching. And, while my old litter said it was 99 % dust free, there was still dust generated. Not with this! It's really a great product.

Best litter for cats with allergies
I use Oko litter because one of my cats seems to be allergic to other litters that are too dusty. I have tried everything that is out there and so far Oko has little to no dust and my cat is fine with it. I like that it is lightweight. Dislikes would have to be the cost first of all, as it is expensive. Second, it is not a clumping litter, so there is some waste when you scoop for urine. It does track some but not as much as other kinds of litter.

I just love everything about Okocat litter!!
I used to use Pine Fresh litter for years, but then it was like it had sawdust in it and it tracked everywhere, my carpets, my furniture, even on me wherever my cat walked. When I tried Okocat paper pellet litter, it was so different. It was great. No more litter tracked everywhere, and if an occasional tiny piece of litter gets somewhere, I can see it and just pick it up and throw it away. There's no odor and I even flush the wet litter in small quantities with no problem. Been doing it for months with no problem. And Boo likes it, too. So no dirty litter waiting to be thrown in the garbage. I keep the Okocat litter boxes stacked in the bathroom near the litter pan, and just pour it out as needed. This stuff is great!! Wish I found this years ago!! I'm 75 years old and Boo is almost 18. This has made my life just that much easier. Thanks, Okocat!!
