Cloudstreet

I was absolutely intrigued by the dynamics between the two families, as well as between individual family members. I've always loved Australian TV shows and movies that have managed to appear here in America which is one reason I purchased the DVD set.

Cloudstreet is excellent drama and creepy mystery!

Cloudstreet is one of those rare gems that brings sharply into focus a time caught between war and poverty. It unfolds the changing relationships of two families facing their lives amidst the turmoil and joys of incomplete lives. The direction of such is unknown. The future is yet to be. However, the past is haunting each choice they make. Excellent drama and creepy mystery makes this a spellbinding story.
