I am returning after this seller wasted my time. As another customer pointed out the screws in the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS CAGE does not screw in properly; the HANDLE. Yes, I was able to get the screws started BUT they did not screw in tightly and kept turning like stripped screw. Thus, this most important component THAT HOLDS THE ENTIRE CAGE TOGETHER (so your precious pet won't fly away if it falls apart while carrying outdoors) does not function properly and does not screw in all the way so it is tight and flush so you have confidence this piece of junk won't fall apart while using. Guess what website we are going to to buy a replacement for this piece of JUNK??!! ***WALMART stop carrying this product.

Poor quality control!
1 of the holes that secures the Perch/handle is missing all threadings and has no way to secure it. the handle is what keeps the cage walls in position and they will disconnect from each other if lifted from the bottom.
