This wheelchair cushion is a fantastic purchase! Physical therapists stated that Mom's longer legs required her to sit higher in her wheelchair. They suggested she purchase a wheelchair pillow. I did the research for Mom at Walmart.com and found the Roscoe Foam Cushion, which was on sale. Mom and I are very happy with this purchase. Our favorite feature about the cushion is the removal zippered cover, which can be washed when necessary. Additionally, the cushion retains its shape and doesn't get smooshed when sitting on it for a lengthy period.
