Have used it as a smoker twice with fantastic results. Easy to get started and clean up. Would be better if there was a middle metal rack so you could two things at once. Overall good rating.

Electric Smoker

Purchased electric smoker. Very pleased. Easy to assemble. Smoked a Thanksgiving turkey with cherry wood. Results were excellent. Clean up afterwards was really easy. One suggestion. Grease catching pan is very small. I drilled a 1/2 inch hole in the bottom of the smoker and put a larger pan under the smoker. This worked well. I would purchase this item again.

lots of comments that this unit does not heat high enough, not true. the temperature gauge supplied does not read correctly but an oven thermometer says 225 deg. at medium heat setting. very happy with this inexpensive unit
