Kathryn M. Ireland shows journeys she has taken and the places and people that inspire her creativity, from rural England to Southwest France, from the East Coast U.S. to the West Coast. Mixing textiles and fabrics with furnishings gathered on trips to Morocco, France, London and other international destinations, Kathryn creates sophisticated but welcoming room designs in the States and abroad, from city apartments to ranch homes and French farm houses.

Kathryn M. Ireland is a celebrity designer and cast member of Bravo TV's Million Dollar Decorator. Named by Elle Décor in 2012 as one of the top 25 design stars in the U.S., Kathryn enjoys an international reputation for her expertise in the "sympathetic restoration" of older properties with important architectural origins. A well-established fabric designer, Kathryn has designed a collection for the venerable fabric house Scalamandré. She is the author of four previous books, including Timeless Interiors and Summers in France. She lives in Santa Monica, California, and has a farmhouse in Southwest France.
