This is the perfect solution for quick and easy remodels as it comes in fully assembled with the sink. Variations in color, pattern, size, shape and shade are inherent and unique characteristics of a natural material and it is to be expected with this product. Performance of the material is not affected by these variations. All stone and ceramic surfaces can be damaged by force or by sudden and/or rapid change of temperature. Bellaterra Home's counter tops are pre-sealed and polished for added protection during manufacturing. However it's not permanent. Re-sealing the top before using is required to ensure proper protection.
